Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys Seminar: Cost Update

Intellectual property partners Simon Miles and Nick Phillips will be speaking at the forthcoming Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) Evening Meeting on 18 November in London. They will be giving an update on costs in intellectual property litigation.

The talk will include an overview of the costs management regime in the High Court, a look at how the Courts have dealt with applications for relief from sanctions in cases such as Mitchell and Denton and an update on costs related developments in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.
