Edwin Coe advises on the sale of New Century Care Homes chain

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it advised the vendor on the sale of New Century Care (NCC), an elderly care provider operating care homes across the UK, to alternative asset manager Gresham House and its partner, specialist care and education provider Salutem. NCC currently provides care for nearly 300 elderly residents across six sites in the south of England and in Edinburgh.

Edwin Coe’s team was led by Property Partner Joanne McIvor and Corporate Partner David Kinch. Joanne commented “It was a pleasure to work on this complex transaction. It’s one of a number that the firm’s multi-disciplinary care homes team has advised on in the past few years, in this growing sector.
