Selina is a Legal Director in our Intellectual Property team. She specialises in non-contentious work in the areas of commercial, intellectual property, technology and media law.
Selina advises on a range of commercial transactions and has a particular expertise in IT and software related agreements (such as software development and licensing, SaaS, and outsourcing) as well as advertising and marketing related agreements (including media services agreements, creative production agreements, brand partnerships and talent contracts).
Selina also has significant experience advising businesses on data protection and privacy related matters and has worked with a large number of clients on their GDPR compliance programmes.
During her time at Edwin Coe, Selina has been seconded to two global media agencies in London where she advised on a number of advertising, digital and tech related deals and transactions.
Selina completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at Oxford University.
