
Marina joined Edwin Coe LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2004 and qualified into the Private Client Department in 2006.
Marina deals with the administration of estates including those with complex Inheritance Tax issues and international aspects. Marina also advises on Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, general trust administration, will drafting and onshore estate and tax planning for individuals.
Marina has expertise in Court of Protection matters including advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and acting as The ‘Certificate Provider’ where needed.
Marina can also advise on applications to the Court of Protection.
