Laura Clatworthy is a Commercial Litigator and is Head of Digital Assets, our specialist practice group at Edwin Coe providing a full service legal offering for businesses (both native and traditional), entrepreneurs, investors, investment funds and fund managers, creating and using emerging technologies, and in and adapting to digital commerce such as digital assets, tokenisation, crypto, DAOs, NFTs, tokens, AI, blockchain, FinTech, Decentralised Finance, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and smart contracts.
Laura runs a thought leadership roundtable with topics covered to date including Staking, Structuring for Token Issuance, Fund Tokenisation & the Future of Money, DAOs, The Electronic Trade Finance Act 2023 (aka “The Blockchain Bill”), Blockchain & ESG.
