Kenny specialises in intellectual property and has experience in a spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters particularly in respect of trade marks and copyright, including portfolio management and strategy, trade mark clearance and prosecution, registry proceedings, enforcement and anti-counterfeiting, acquisition and licensing. He has worked with clients across different sectors including retail, cosmetics, fashion, finance and automobile.
Prior to joining the firm, Kenny trained and qualified at one of the leading Intellectual Property practices in Hong Kong where he gained extensive experience in the Greater China region.
Kenny read law at the University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019 (now non-practising) and England & Wales in 2023.
