Jess advises UK and international individuals, families and trustees on a wide range of matters including the preparation of Wills (and letters of wishes) and Lasting Powers of Attorney, the creation, administration and taxation of trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, succession planning and wealth protection. She also undertakes probate and estate administration and advises personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in connection with estates and trusts.
Jess joined Edwin Coe LLP in September 2018 and completed seats in Private Client, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and Insurance Litigation. She qualified as a solicitor and joined the Private Client team as an Associate in September 2020.
Jess is a full STEP Member having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in 2022. Jess graduated with an LLB from the University of Birmingham and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, receiving a Distinction. Prior to joining Edwin Coe LLP, Jess worked as a Paralegal at Samsung Electronics.
