Andy is a real estate finance lawyer who advises lenders and borrowers on complex UK and cross-border real estate financing matters. His practice spans the full capital stack, with a particular focus on investment and development finance, acquisition financings, refinancings and restructurings, distressed real estate situations, security enforcement and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

He acts for a broad range of capital providers and sponsors, including global banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, credit investment managers, family offices, investors and developers, and advises on the financing of real estate assets across a variety of sectors, including offices, logistics and industrial, hotels and hospitality, healthcare and life sciences, residential, build-to-rent and student accommodation. He regularly leads multi-disciplinary teams on high-value investment, development and refinancing transactions, navigating complex structures, compressed timelines and multi-party negotiations.

Before joining Edwin Coe, Andy spent over 15 years advising on complex real estate financing transactions at leading UK and international law firms.
