Edwin Coe advises on the pre-packaged sale of award-winning mattress and bedding specialist

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has advised Adam Harris and Patrick Lannagan of Mazars LLP as joint administrators of Dormeo UK Limited, on the pre-packaged sale of the business and assets of Dormeo to mattress and furniture manufacturer United T and C Limited.

Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, Dormeo UK is the British wholesaler and retailer of the Dormeo® bedding and sleeping solutions brand, which offers top quality Italian-designed, European-made memory foam mattresses direct to domestic customers in 40 countries worldwide.

Adam Harris and Mark Siddall of Mazars said: “We are delighted to have been able to complete the sale of Dormeo as quickly as possible with the assistance of the Edwin Coe team. The sale of Dormeo protects hundreds of jobs, ensures that customers don’t lose out and preserves the brand that Dormeo has built up over the last 20 years.”
