Edwin Coe advises on London Stock Exchange main market listing of mineral exploration and development company Kendrick Resources Plc
Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it has advised Kendrick Resources Plc on its admission to the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), achieving a £3.25 million fundraising at 3.5p per share.
Kendrick Resources Plc is a London-based mineral exploration and development company with projects primarily based across Scandinavia (in Finland and Sweden with an option over 3 projects in Norway). The company explores the opportunities within the natural resources sector with a focus on battery, base, and precious metals notably vanadium and nickel. The proceeds of the transaction will be used to undertake further exploration and development projects, along with funding ongoing operating costs.
The Edwin Coe team was led by Head of Corporate & Commercial Russel Shear along with Associate Dana Eyre. “We are delighted to have advised on this transaction and wish Kendrick Resources every success in their plans of building a top tier energy metals production business,” commented Russel Shear.
