Edwin Coe advises Blick Rothenberg in realising its expansion plans
Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it has acted for Blick Rothenberg, the London based accounting, tax and advisory practice, which is part of CogitalGroup, in relation to its acquisition of Hazlems Fenton LLP.
Hazlems Fenton is a London-based accountancy firm focusing on providing a range of compliance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses.
Earlier in the year, we also advised Blick Rothenberg on their acquisition of Westleton Drake, the international taxation specialists.
The Edwin Coe team was led by Russel Shear, who is the Head of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice. “We are delighted to have once again assisted Blick Rothenberg on this transaction and in its plans to build a high quality business focusing on domestic and international private businesses and their owners,” he commented.
