Brexit Lawsuit Ruling Based on 300-Year-Old Law

The UK government has lost a lawsuit that will allow a parliamentary vote before triggering Article 50. David Greene speaks to Bloomberg’s Patrick Gower (Bloomberg Markets) as he reports on how the decision was reached and the upcoming Supreme Court battle on the ruling.
