Edwin Coe strengthens Commercial Property offering

London, 8 May 2025 – Edwin Coe is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Coyne as a Consultant in its highly regarded Property team.

With an extensive career in the City and Central London, Tony brings a wealth of experience in commercial property law, advising on acquisitions and disposals, investment, development, occupational real estate, property management, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending. He joins Edwin Coe from the real estate team at Blake Morgan LLP.

Tony’s particular focus is on property finance and structured lending. He has advised a broad range of clients — including major lending institutions and both public and private sector organisations — across sectors such as financial services, retail, leisure, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals.

His arrival reinforces Edwin Coe’s commitment to providing high-calibre, commercially driven advice to clients navigating complex real estate and finance transactions.

Stephen Brower, Head of Property at Edwin Coe, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Tony to the team. His track record in commercial property and particular expertise in property finance add real depth to our existing capability. His pragmatic approach and deep sector knowledge will be of great value to our clients.”
