The British-Russian Law Association and the British Consulate in Ekaterinburg, Russia are continuing their programme of Annual English/Russian Legal Seminars in Ekaterinburg.

The subject of this year’s Seminar is the ‘hot topic’ of ‘Sanctions’ and will take place on Monday 6 July 2015 at 14:00 at Business Centre Paladium, 2nd Floor, 10 Khokhryakova Street, Ekaterinburg, Russia.

The sanctions imposed over the past year by Russia and Western countries have wide-ranging commercial and legal implications. Russian and Western companies need to be aware of the scope of these sanctions

Alexander will be speaking on the impact of sanctions on transactions (including M&A and finance agreements).
