- Shareholders
Acting for shareholders, whether in publicly traded and privately held companies, in litigation against either the company itself, its directors and officers, and other shareholders, including for schemes of arrangement pursued by the company and breach of shareholder agreements or other constituting documents of the company.
- Securities Claims
Representing institutional and individual investors in litigation arising from misrepresentations to the market, misleading prospectuses, regulatory breaches, and securities fraud, whether under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or common law.
- Director’s Liability
Pursuing directors (or those who have assumed the powers of directors) for breaches of their duties, including fiduciary obligations and duties in negligence, to either the company or to particular shareholders.
- Partnership Disputes
