Edwin Coe is delighted to announce it will be sponsoring the Best EIS Investment Exit award at the EISA Awards 2018. The winner is to be announced at the EISA Awards Ceremony which takes place at the House of Lords on the 7 February 2019.
The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) is a government scheme that provides a range of tax reliefs for investors who subscribe for qualifying shares in qualifying companies.
The awards recognise excellence in various categories among EIS and SEIS practitioners over the past 12 months. Firms were asked to submit their own applications giving information from the past 12 months only in relation to a set criteria. The entries were then judged by a panel of independent judges.
