Edwin Coe delighted for Luxlo – Winner of Development of the Year
Edwin Coe’s client Luxlo has won the Resi Award for Development of the Year 2016 for their 77 Mayfair Project.
77 Mayfair is an exceptionally high quality development of seven luxury apartments in Mayfair, London W1.
Luxlo started work on the 77 Mayfair Project in 2011 following the acquisition of the property, and the scheme made headlines last year as the building formerly on the site was a post-war eyesore that had previously blighted the street.
The judges said the development is ‘Brave, creative and showcases excellent design’.
Luxlo have now sold six of the seven highly-specified luxury apartments for a total of more than £100m.
The Project is due to complete this summer.
