Edwin Coe contributes to new Jersey Finance report ‘Jersey’s Relationship with India: Political, Commercial and Cultural Connections’

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it has contributed to a new report designed to promote Jersey’s expertise in managing international capital, and its commercial, legal and regulatory framework that meets the needs of its Indian clients and their advisers. ‘Jersey’s Relationship with India: Political, Commercial and Cultural Connections’ looks at what gives Jersey a competitive edge, putting it at the forefront of global banking, wealth management and corporate services.

Tax Partner Hetal Sanghvi wrote an article on how for Indian investors and their families, Jersey forms a bridge into the UK and Europe. Hetal has a substantial Indian client base and works with many families and their advisors with multi-jurisdictional investments. “For many of our clients and their families, Jersey plays a key role in their wealth structuring, as they look to diversify currency risk, asset base and jurisdictional exposure for the family’s interests,” she commented.
