Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it advised Canadian health tech corporation VitalHub Corp. on its acquisition, via one of VitalHub’s UK subsidiaries, of Alamac Limited, for a total cash purchase price of £1,850,000.

The Edwin Coe team was led by Head of Corporate & Commercial Russel Shear. Russel commented “We’re delighted to be able to assist VitalHub on the successful completion of another transaction as part of their expansion plans.

Founded in 2010, Alamac is a Banbury-based, health-tech consultancy which specialises in improving performance and behavioural change in the NHS by building and implementing robust Patient Flow Business Intelligence systems.

VitalHub Corp., which is publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange, develops and supports mission-critical information systems in the social service, mental health, long term care, community health service, home health and hospital sectors. It has a two-pronged growth strategy, targeting organic growth opportunities within its product suite, and pursuing an aggressive M&A plan. VitalHub is based in Toronto, Canada, with an offshore innovation hub in Sri Lanka.
