Edwin Coe advises AIM listed BrandShield Systems plc on fundraising
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that it advised BrandShield Systems plc, an AIM listed provider of cybersecurity solutions, on a £1m subscription of 12,500,000 shares at an issue price of 8 pence per share. BrandShield plans to use this fresh round of investment to fund growth, both through customer retention and via their new business pipeline.

BrandShield is a UK and Israeli based provider of cybersecurity solutions that protect some of the world’s largest brands. These threats include social phishing, executive impersonation, fraud, brand abuse and counterfeiting.
