Edwin Coe advises Fleury Michon on its acquisition of All Plants

Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that a team led by Alexandre Terrasse, with support from Greg Horsford, Sophie Armstrong and Rebecca Harnby has advised French company Fleury Michon SA (“Fleury Michon”) on securing the entire issued share capital of All Plants, an English company specialising in the marketing of plant-based products at leading UK retailers (“All Plants”).

The acquisition marks a new step in Fleury Michon’s strategic expansion into the United Kingdom. All Plants is a plant-based brand created several years ago by well-known entrepreneurs Ella Mills and her husband Matthew which will serve as a commercial platform for Fleury Michon’s plant-based range in the United Kingdom. The transaction includes all of All Plants’ commercial activities, its teams, and the rights related to the All Plants brand.
