Charlie Davidson is a Senior Associate in Edwin Coe’s Property team, advising on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

Residential property is at the heart of his practice, from straightforward purchases and sales to high-value and technically complex transactions, alongside mixed-use property, property finance and landlord and tenant work.

Known as the “Hound of Holborn” for his loyalty to clients and tenacity on their behalf, Charlie has more than a decade of experience acting across the property market, from private homeowners to sophisticated investors and institutional clients. While residential property remains the core of his practice, his work also spans investment acquisitions, commercial and mixed-use property, portfolio transactions, property finance and landlord and tenant matters.

Charlie combines technical depth with a practical, responsive and commercially minded approach, whether handling a straightforward transaction or resolving complex title, leasehold, funding or other property issues, with a focus on clear advice and keeping matters moving. Outside his transactional practice, Charlie writes regularly on property law, conveyancing and the wider property market, and contributes to professional webinars, podcasts and industry discussion.
