Archie is a Solicitor in the Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Archie has experience on a range of contentious insolvency matters as-well as director disqualification proceedings. He has gained exposure to litigation in the context of both personal and corporate insolvency and has previously advised officeholders on claims brought for the benefit of an insolvent estate, including misfeasance claims against directors.

Archie graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2021 with a First-Class Law degree, he then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2022 with Distinction. Prior to joining Edwin Coe in February 2026, Archie trained and qualified as a solicitor at a large regional law firm, specialising in contentious insolvency matters.

Contentious Personal & Corporate Insolvency: Advising liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy on recovery claims brought for the benefit of the insolvent estate.
Director Disqualification Proceedings: Assisting on complex Director Disqualification Proceedings brought by the Secretary of State for Business & Trade.
Statutory Demands: Drafting and serving statutory demands on individuals and advising individuals that have been served with a demand.
Possession & Sale Applications: Assisting Trustees in Bankruptcy with applications for possession and sale of a bankrupt’s property under the Insolvency Act 1986.
