David Greene, our Head of Commercial Disputes & Class Actions spoke to Eleanor Oldroyd and Nick Bright on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Saturday Breakfast, where he discussed how compensation claims work for class actions, particularly with regard to the compensation due to the sub-postmasters affected by the Post Office Horizon IT Scandal.
