Ebony Simmons

Ebony joined Edwin Coe in December 2024, bringing with her a wealth of practical experience gained in both fast-paced Real Estate teams and national law firms. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Paralegal in a busy Real Estate team focused on plot sales for major developers in the Southwest. She also previously held the role of Conveyancing Assistant at a national law firm, assisting on transactions for both private individuals and large-scale property developers.

Ebony’s background reflects a strong understanding of the residential property process and a commitment to delivering high-quality support throughout all stages of a transaction.

Ebony supports the Residential Property team across a wide range of residential property matters and handles probate sales, working closely with fee earners to ensure matters are managed efficiently and effectively.
