Creative Worker (Temporary Work) Visas

The Creative Worker visa (Temporary Work) is designed for individuals undertaking short-term assignments in the UK’s creative sector, typically for a period of up to 12 months.
This route supports professionals who make a recognised contribution to the industry, including actors, dancers, entertainers, fashion models, and film crew.

To qualify, applicants must have a confirmed offer of work from a UK sponsor holding a Temporary Worker – Creative Worker Sponsor Licence. The role must meet the minimum salary requirements set by the relevant industry body – Equity, PACT, or BECTU – depending on the nature of the work.

Our Immigration team regularly advises production companies on assigning Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) for short-term creative roles. We provide strategic guidance throughout the process, ensuring compliance with sponsorship duties.
