UK Resident Non Domiciled Individuals – Strategic Planning Update

Edwin Coe’s Tax team will be providing an update on the key strategies to consider in relation to clean capital planning, specifically focusing on options available within a rising interest rate environment. The seminar will discuss the likely concerns for clients as the financial environment changes and how existing structures may be impacted.

The team will also provide thoughts on the current position for non-domiciled clients who are relying on their domicile status in relation to their exposure to UK taxation. The seminar will include an analysis of relevant current case law, and what we are seeing in practice as it relates to HMRC’s enquiries in to non-UK trusts.
