John Young joins Edwin Coe Corporate team
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that John Young has joined the firm as a Corporate Partner.
John joins from Mishcon de Reya LLP and he specialises in corporate law, focusing primarily on the business needs of entrepreneurs, SMEs and family businesses. He has particular expertise in advising on investments into businesses, the sale and purchase of businesses, joint ventures, and shareholders agreements both in the UK and internationally.
