Edwin Coe helps Lush to return to Covent Garden
Edwin Coe is delighted to have advised cosmetic retail brand Lush in securing a key new store in Long Acre, Covent Garden. It has recently opened the property as festive pop-up store with a retail space of 2,500sqft of sales space on the ground floor and 3,000sqft on the lower ground floor. In January 2024, the store will close to undertake a major ‘Lush Spa’ fit out, reopening mid-2024.
Edwin Coe’s Commercial Real Estate team of Joanne McIvor advised Lush on their return to Covent Garden. “It is always a pleasure to work on projects with Lush, and in particular on the successful completion of this transaction, which was transformed into a Lush property in just 6 short weeks. The new store is in a great location and looks fabulous. We wish them every success in their plans to develop it further in the new year.”
Our long-term client Lush was established in 1995, and now operates in 48 countries with over 850 shops, 38 websites shipping worldwide and a global network of native apps, broadcasting channels and digital communities in over 30 languages.
