Corporate and International team strengthened by new partner hire

Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Alexandre Terrasse has joined the firm to further bolster its Corporate and International capabilities.

Alexandre is qualified in France and in England, and joins as a Partner from Gordon Dadds.

For the past 15 years he has advised French companies, entrepreneurs and individuals on all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions as well as on a wide range of investment opportunities in the UK. Previously, Alexandre set up and headed up the French desk of Jeffrey Green Russel Limited before joining Gordon Dadds LLP. He will now lead Edwin Coe’s French and Inward Investment Desk alongside Simeon Gilchrist, also a native French speaker.

Alexandre is an active member of the Advisory Council of the Chambre de Commerce Française en Grande Bretagne (CCFGB) and a regular speaker in London and Paris on the subjects of company law and property law.

Alexandre is ranked in Chambers Global 2015 as an expert based abroad for Corporate M&A matters. Commenting on the appointment, Russel Shear, Head of Corporate & Commercial, commented
