The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Bill has passed the report stage and third reading, and is now awaiting Royal Assent.
Head of Intellectual Property, Simon Miles, looks at the changes to the law which the Bill will bring about when it comes into force in a Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) article.
