For British Nationals (Overseas) from Hong Kong and their families. Offers a pathway to settlement and citizenship.
- International Sportsperson
For elite athletes and coaches endorsed by a UK sporting governing body. Can lead to settlement depending on contract length.
- Investor (Extensions & Settlement Only)
While new applications are closed, existing investor visa holders may apply for extensions or settlement under legacy rules.
- Long Residence Settlement
For individuals looking to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after having lawfully lived in the UK for a continuous period.
- Nationality (British Citizenship)
