Representation at UK Visas and Immigration compliance visits
During a visit, Compliance Officers will examine whether HR and recruitment systems meet UKVI standards, confirm that the organisation is genuine and lawfully operating in the UK, and assess whether the organisation poses any risk to immigration control. Officers will also verify that sponsored roles are genuine and being performed as stated on the workers’ Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).
It is common for Officers to speak directly with the Authorising Officer and Key Contact listed on the Sponsor Licence as well as with sponsored workers. Keeping licence details accurate and preparing your team for engagement is essential.
Our Immigration team provides strategic, on-site support during compliance visits. We are experienced in managing UKVI audits and guiding clients through the process with clarity and confidence. Whether you are preparing for a compliance visit or require representation during one, we deliver responsive, outcome-focused support that protects your Sponsor Licence and your workforce.
