Kraken Margin Trading Services Claim
Edwin Coe LLP is preparing to bring a claim against the Kraken crypto exchange operators for breach of the UK’s financial services legislation in respect of Kraken’s Margin Trading Services.
The claim is that the companies which operate Kraken did not have the necessary authorisation from the UK’s Financial Services regulator (the FCA) to provide Margin Trading Services.
