Paula is a Legal Director in the Construction department at Edwin Coe. 

Paula’s expertise is with non-contentious matters with particular focus on drafting, negotiating and advising on building contracts, consultant appointments and ancillary contract documentation for funds, owners, contractors, consultants and developers on various residential, office, retail and leisure projects.

 

Paula works on a mix of projects over a wide range of procurement routes using both standard and bespoke building contracts and consultant appointments. She also drafts, negotiates and advises on collateral warranties, guarantees and bonds.

 

She joined the firm in April 2025 bringing with her a wealth of experience in the field of construction law.
