Henry is an Associate in the Corporate team at Edwin Coe. He advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals of companies, corporate finance and fundraising.

In his corporate practice, Henry advises corporate and individual clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, where he assists clients in navigating and negotiating disposals and acquisitions of businesses. He has significant experience in providing guidance on joint ventures and shareholder agreements, helping clients to establish and maintain successful business partnerships.

 

Henry graduated from Queen Mary, University of London in 2014 after which he pursued the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Business at BPP University. He qualified as a solicitor in July 2019 and joined Edwin Coe’s Corporate team in August 2022.

 

Henry is well-versed in advising start-up companies and structuring investment opportunities to support their growth and development. Additionally, he has experience in venture capital investments, offering strategic advice to both investors and entrepreneurs. His knowledge of equity capital markets enables him to assist clients in raising capital and managing public offerings. Furthermore, Henry has worked on multiple transactions that have involved advising on French inward investment, helping clients to acquire UK business targets.
