In his corporate practice, Greg advises UK, international and offshore clients including owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, PE, VC and multinational companies. He often guides clients through complex transactions, delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused advice (making sure that this is always aligned with the client’s strategic objectives).
Greg joined Edwin Coe in September 2023 as a Senior Associate.
He predominately advises on:

Public company acquisitions: Including Takeovers and advisory work.
Joint venture and shareholders’ agreements: Including advising Founders and entrepreneurs.

Advised an independent private equity firm on their investment into a joint venture for the acquisition of various holiday park venues across the UK (with a total value for the entire joint venture being £120m).
Advised a Toronto listed client with regard to a takeover (by way of scheme of arrangement) of an AIM listed company.
Advised a joint venture regarding their acquisition of various social housing projects.
Advised an investment vehicle with regard to their joint venture investment in a UK healthcare group (with an acquisition value in excess of £100m).
