In his role as Head of Litigation and Insolvency, Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Ali Zaidi recently spoke to The Sunday Times’ Jill Treanor, concerning bounce back loan use and abuse.

There have been an array of uses for the loan and Ali Zaidi said: “I was told the director used £25,000… to pay off his drug dealer and put the remaining £25,000 on an account for future drug suppliers.”
