Edwin Coe Announces New Head of Property Litigation
Edwin Coe is delighted to announce that Joanna Osborne has been named Head of Property Litigation.
The Edwin Coe Property Litigation team has grown over the last 24 months with the additions of partner Shams Rahman, and new associates who joined the team in September 2016.
Currently ranked by Legal 500 for Property Litigation, Joanna qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and was quickly promoted to partner in Maislish & Co, which for several years dealt with the principal litigation for Robert Maxwell and Mirror Group Newspapers. After joining Edwin Coe’s Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team as a partner at the beginning of 2000, she took on the bulk of the firm’s property litigation work within her first year at the firm and has concentrated in this field since then.
Joanna’s clients range from substantial PLCs to small and medium sized businesses, and private individuals.
Joanna Osborne commented : “I am thrilled to be heading up this fantastic team. We have grown considerably over the last couple of years enabling us to provide unrivalled property litigation solutions to a number of high-profile clients who have had complex and interesting issues.”
Edwin Coe’s Head of Litigation added: “We are delighted that our property litigation capability has grown substantially which is a direct response to client needs. Litigation has always been at the heart of Edwin Coe and we have a plethora of highly skilled, experienced lawyers who complement our non-contentious legal services.”
