Commercial and property litigation partner joins Edwin Coe LLP
Edwin Coe has boosted its litigation team with the addition of Shams Rahman, who has joined as a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Specialising in commercial and property related litigation, Shams previously worked at Payne Hicks Beach and then at Bishop & Sewell LLP as a partner for two years in their Dispute Resolution team.
With a legal career spanning over 15 years, Shams has particular expertise in all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution, as well as extensive experience in acting for commercial and private clients both here and abroad.
Shams is a member of the Punjab Bar Council, having been called to the Lahore High Court (Pakistan) and is also the past President of the Society of Asian Lawyers and is current Chair of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society Litigation sub-committee and a committee member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
