As Head of Residential Property she leads a core team of talented and experienced lawyers who work closely with each other as well as with other practices in the firm especially Private Client and Tax.

 

She specialises in transactional and financing work involving high value residential properties in Prime Central London as well as country houses, equestrian properties, farms and estates for a mix of HNW and UHNW individuals plus developers and investors many of whom are from overseas.

 

She has acted on some of the highest value and complex residential transactions in Prime Central London in recent years, many of which have involved complex tax issues and often under very tight deadlines.

 

Rosie has particular expertise in transactions and financing work involving freehold and lease extension claims under the leasehold reform legislation working alongside Katherine Simpson.

 

Rosie also advises on residential property issues encountered in matrimonial disputes as well as general non-contentious residential landlord and tenant matters including transactions under the Landlord and Tenant 1987 and Right to Manage claims.

 

Her approach is to give accessible, pragmatic and commercial advice to clients so that their objectives and needs can be met as swiftly, and with as minimal fuss, as possible.
