Daniel Samole

ASSOCIATE
Daniel is an associate within the Residential Property team, having joined Edwin Coe as a solicitor in May 2023.

Daniel acts for individuals, companies, charities and developers on a wide range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and all matters involving leases and licences. He also deals with secured financing for both borrowers and lenders.

 

Daniel also has extensive experience in leasehold enfranchisement. He regularly advises management companies, investors, trusts, developers and private individuals in all aspects of this area.

 

He graduated from King’s College London with a degree in English law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law where he graduated with distinction.

 

Daniel is a fluent Hebrew speaker.

Residential Property Transactions: Purchases and sales of high value residential leasehold and freehold properties including in Prime Central London and the home counties.

 

Residential Property Financing: All aspects of secured financing for both borrowers and lenders including Islamic finance.

 

Leasehold Enfranchisement: Acts for tenants and landlords in relation to collective claims and both statutory and voluntary lease extension claims.

 

Daniel adopts a commercial and bespoke approach with clients, ensuring that all matters are advanced with precision, diligence and efficiency.

Daniel’s experience includes:
Acted for a large private bank to refinance a high-profile property valued over £100 million in Prime Central London.
Brought a collective claim for leaseholders of a high value building in Prime Central London against the Grosvenor estate.
Completed purchases of high value agricultural properties for offshore property investor clients.
Dealt with enfranchisement claims for a family group of companies that owns a large residential property portfolio.
Acted for a group of property investors in relation to the purchase of a substantial residential property portfolio including both new build properties and unregistered land.
