Daniel Samole

Daniel acts for individuals, companies, charities and developers on a wide range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing and all matters involving leases and licences. He also deals with secured financing for both borrowers and lenders.
Daniel also has extensive experience in leasehold enfranchisement. He regularly advises management companies, investors, trusts, developers and private individuals in all aspects of this area.
He graduated from King’s College London with a degree in English law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law where he graduated with distinction.
