Charlotte is an Associate in our Employment team. She takes a pragmatic and collaborative approach, delivering clear, commercially focused advice that reflects her commitment to integrity and client care.

Charlotte advises on a wide range of employment matters for both employers and employees including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy and post-termination restrictions. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions, and reviewing employment contracts and staff handbooks to ensure compliance with evolving legislation.

 

Charlotte joined the firm in September 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Employment team in 2023.
