Carlos Sharrock

ASSOCIATE
Carlos is an associate in the Residential Property team. He is responsible for advising private individuals, trusts, charities and corporate entities on a broad range of residential property matters.

In his practice, Carlos advises high-net-worth individuals, charitable organisations, trusts, corporate entities and institutional investors on a variety of residential property matters, including:

 

Residential Property Transactions: Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold prime residential and rural real estate.

 

Non-Contentious Residential Landlord and Tenant: Managing property investment portfolios, ground rent portfolios and trust property portfolios.

 

Residential Property Financing: Working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth borrower clients and lenders financing such clients.

 

Carlos also works closely with the firm’s Private Client and Tax teams. He joined Edwin Coe in September 2021 as a trainee and became an Associate in April 2024.

 

Carlos is a native Spanish and fluent French speaker.

EXPERIENCE
Carlos’s experience includes:
Acted for trustees on sales of property held on trust. Also advised on the re-financing of a portfolio held on trust.
Completed the acquisition of a portfolio of investment properties on behalf of an overseas investor.
Acted on various sales and purchases of properties held by a major charity, including numerous sales at auction.
