Stella is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Edwin Coe.
Stella combines practical advice with an understanding of each client’s needs, tailoring her approach based on the transaction she is advising on. She is committed to offering clients an efficient and comprehensive service.
Stella joined the firm in February 2025.
Stella advises a wide range of domestic and international corporate clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations on:
- Mergers and acquisitions: advising buyers and sellers across all stages of M&A transactions.
- Private equity transactions: acting for clients across their investment lifecycle from newco structuring to buy-outs.
- Corporate advisory: drafting and advising on bespoke company constitutional documents including articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
