Sophie is a New Zealand-qualified Associate in our Corporate Team, advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters.

She specialises in public and private M&A, shareholder arrangements, capital raising, joint ventures, and day-to-day corporate advisory, helping clients navigate complex transactions with practical, commercially focused advice and ensuring they feel supported through every stage.

 

Sophie combines a pragmatic approach with clear, practical guidance, helping clients achieve their strategic goals. She joined Edwin Coe in November 2024, having previously practised in the Corporate and Commercial team of a leading New Zealand firm.
