Simon is a Senior Legal Manager with 40 years’ experience within the Dispute Resolution group.

Simon also has considerable experience and knowledge of both High Court and County Court procedures and the Civil Procedure Rules. He is an experienced advocate and regularly appears before Masters and Insolvency and Companies Court Judges in the King’s Bench and Business and Property Courts, and District Judges in the London County Courts.
