Penny Haynes
COURT SERVICES MANAGER (NON-LAWYER)
Penny is an experienced Court Services Manager, supporting both the Dispute Resolution team and manages the Court Service team alongside Senior Manager Simon Rayment.
Penny draws upon her experience and considerable knowledge of London County Court practice to assist and advise professional clients in all aspects of High Court and County Court procedures. She appears regularly before Masters and Insolvency and Companies Court Judges in the King’s Bench Division and Business and Property Courts, and District Judges in the London County Courts.
Penny also attends with and assists counsel and clients at trials and appeals. Other court attendances include applications on and without notice, liaising with chambers, and contested bankruptcy hearings.
Prior to joining Edwin Coe in 1990, Penny worked for Egerton Sandler in Mayfair and Walker Morris in Covent Garden.
