Ninad Bhagwat
Ninad is an Associate in our Private Client team and works with private individuals, trusts, and charities alike in relation to estate planning, management, and regulatory matters.
Ninad acts for high-net-worth UK and international clients on Wills, trusts, charities and philanthropy, and general estate planning. He also advises UK Charities in their application for registration with the Charity Commission and on-going regulatory matters.
He has been actively involved in the firm’s B-Corp initiatives and was a member of the initial team that gained B-Corp status for the firm. Ninad is also a member of the firm’s Charities and Communities team.
Ninad is currently undertaking his exams to become a member of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
EXPERIENCE
Ninad's experience includes:
Advising an international ultra-high net worth family on the funding and management of multiple family trusts to support beneficiaries in a number of different European jurisdictions.
Acting for trusts established for the third and fourth generation of a wealthy family, with interests in a privately held company, real property – moving from agricultural interests to commercial real estate – and a substantial investment portfolio, gaining access to the managers of listed units and investment trusts.
Assisting a well-known former football player with the application and registration of a charity with the UK Charity Commission.
