Mark Menhennet

He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 since when he has advised corporate and individual clients on most areas of non-contentious UK real estate work, with a particular focus on acquisitions, development and funding. He has also for many years advised receivers, administrators and liquidators on property issues arising out of personal and corporate insolvencies.

Having worked as a partner with other UK and international firms, he joined Edwin Coe in 2017.

Mark regularly advises banks, other UK and international institutions and businesses. individuals and insolvency practitioners on:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property.
• Funding for investments and developments.
• Negotiating leases, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
• Recoveries and reconstructions, and other property insolvency issues.
• Development and site assembly.

Mark regards all clients and transactions as different and frequently works with other specialist teams in major funding and development work. His aim is always to work with clients in order to formulate and achieve the most efficient solutions best suited to their requirements.
